Cooking — Available to All Jobs
The Cooking skill is available to every job. It allows you to craft food that restores HP and SP, helping you continue your journey without long breaks. Find ingredients in the world — on field maps you’ll come across eggs, meat, and more.
Out of Combat Only
To preserve balance and pacing, food cannot be used during combat. Receiving even a single hit will cancel the healing entirely. Plan your meals between encounters to keep your momentum.
Fishing Feeds the Kitchen
Fishing provides most of the rare ingredients used in advanced cooking recipes. Each fishing spot can yield various types of fish, some of which are required for high-level meals.
Fishing System Overview
Fishing is a time-based farming system. Interacting with a water spot will begin a casting phase during which your character cannot move. Once the progress bar ends, you automatically roll for up to 4 catches per cast. And another progress bar will start, until the player is in overweight.

Each roll grants one item, randomly chosen from a loot pool shared by all spots: Fish, special local species or... lost pirate chests, maybe. Rarely, a hostile monster may appear — or even a mini-boss encounter.
Rods and Casting Time
There are four Rods, each reducing your casting duration:

Without a rod, the cast takes 20 seconds. Equipping better rods reduces that time significantly. If no bait is used, you still fish, but the efficiency bonus from your rod is applied instead. Having both increases success rate and speed.
Spawns and Events
Every fishing attempt has a small chance to trigger encounters:
- 0.01% chance to summon the Drowned God (World boss), announced server-wide.
- 5% chance to spawn smaller water creatures nearby.
