The Guild System
Brotherhoods of battle and loyalty under the banner of factions
In Call of Gjallahorn, guilds are more than simple groups — they are clans bound to a greater faction. Each faction unites multiple guilds that have pledged allegiance to the same cause, creating a web of alliances and rivalries that shape the world.
Guild Size & Structure
To keep the balance of power and ensure healthy competition, each guild is limited to 30 members. This prevents overwhelming mega-guilds and helps guild leaders manage their teams more easily.
Cooperation and coordination are key — small groups can thrive through strategy, loyalty, and shared objectives within their faction.
Guild Skills & Progression
Every guild has access to unique guild skills that benefit all its members. These can increase:
- • Experience gain for members
- • Maximum guild capacity
- • Item drop rate during hunts
To level up a guild, members must donate specific items to their faction. The requested items change weekly, and each player can only donate up to a certain limit.
Donations and Faction Reputation
By donating items, players help their guild grow while also earning Faction Reputation. This reputation unlocks special equipment for Faction vs Faction (PvP) battles, along with exclusive consumables and bonuses.
The higher your reputation within your faction, the more privileges and benefits you will receive. Loyalty and contribution are the true paths to honor and power.
Guild Tax & Treasury
Each Guild Leader can set a Zeny tax rate on the earnings from Bounty Hunting quests. The collected funds are stored in the guild treasury and can be managed and used by the leader for the benefit of the guild — whether for FvF, gear crafting, or helping members.
Factions: The Greater Cause
Guilds are not isolated. Each belongs to a faction that represents one of the great powers in the world of Gjallahorn. These factions wage ongoing battles for the control of the gods artefacts and Prontera, through Faction vs Faction battles, where every guild’s contribution matters.
Rising through the faction ranks grants prestige, access to strategic roles, and influence over the outcome of future wars.
